First time productized service business owners with $200k-$2M annual revenue.
Who I likely can’t help
If your productized service has worked with less than 20 customers total
At this point, it's likely too early in productized service's journey to bring on an advisor because there's not enough to work with yet!
The key reason you want to at least get to at minimum 20 customers regardless of price point is that level of interest validates at minimum there's a market that is willing to pay for the service you provide.
Until that point, it's your job as the founder get in front of the prospects who could benefit from your company's services and pitch them as much as possible.
Once you get to that point (ideally with some ongoing revenue), then finding an advisor/coach for the purposes of your business makes sense given you've now tested your value proposition across multiple situations and iterations.
Above $2.5M in annual revenue
While there's potential to help, I'll caveat that most of my working experience comes from Video Husky which got to ~$1.2M ARR. At double the scale, I have no idea if the frameworks I developed with Video Husky would still apply as effectively.
Not a productized service
Similar to the above - my experience and expertise just isn't in this realm.

They don’t link the profit driving factors and their relevant metrics to individual job roles which at scale leads to confusion and resentment over who is responsible for what.

We’ll identify the value delivering metrics that clients value most and craft job roles and responsibilities accordingly and from there sustainably and profitably build out and hire for what your org chart should look like in 6-18 months based on your growth rate.

Where do most people get this wrong
They only try to sell or hire a General Manager when they’re already burnt out while the company still relies on them which leads to a bad transition, loss of trust from staff, reduced profitability and resulting in the need to do it all again six months later.

The Process
You submit a form of interest below
We’ll set up a free, no-obligations call if you’re a good fit to get to know each other and decide whether to proceed or not
You fill out a 1-2 hour long questionnaire so that I can get up to speed on your business ASAP
We do the first call where the aim is to:
Detail out where you want to be 6-18 months from now
Identify the primary bottleneck in your business (and purposefully put aside everything else for max focus)
Map out the actions steps necessary to overcome said bottleneck
I’ll keep you accountable with biweekly calls
We repeat step four until we get to the outcome you desire
